 MEDIA ID: 240 | Pauls LOC Bruisers' maiden flight [1.76Mb] | [CROCK-2002_05_19]
[video] Pauls LOC Bruisers' maiden flight (1.76Mb) Paul Brooks purchased the LOC Bruiser a beast of a kit about 4-months ago and built it also around 4-months ago. This is Paul's baby of a rocket but a beast at that. He hasn't been able to launch it due to the lack of motors but now Pro38s are in the country things have changed.

Paul launched the Bruiser on a Pro38 J360 currently the biggest Pro38 available. As soon as the countdown was complete the rocket ignited instantly (Pro38s ignite no problems) with a loud raw this rocket left the pad for a superb and successful flight to a simulated altitude of about 1500'. The rocket landed about a kilometre down range still within the 400acre launch site. The rocket was all recovered without a scratch except for one of the fins that was broken free of its mount. It will fly again and I can't wait to see it.
