[more info] CROCK VENDOR CROCK LINKS		MEDIA ID: 1034 | Pete's Rebel Buccaneer boosting on a Pro38 J [2.67Mb] | [CROCK-2005_10_09] Pete has been experimenting with a budget digital video (DV) camera that uses a standard memory card to record footage onboard. The advantage of this is that you do not need to worry about a telemetry link although both methods have their advantages and disadvantages. Pete has modified a Rebel Buccaneer to carry the DV camera in the payload bay looking down the side of the airframe, a classic onboard video angle which gives great results. This video footage captures the Rebel Buccaneer as it lifts off the launch rail powered by a Pro38 J285 rocket motor. Although the flight wasn?t smooth and straight the rocket filmed some great footage looking down to the ground.
